dc.description.abstractEl Instituto de Proyección Regional y Educación a Distancia (IPRED) busca renovar el registro calificado del programa de tecnología en regencia de farmacia. Para ello, realizará un seguimiento de egresados que le permitirá obtener información sobre la calidad y pertinencia de la formación académica con respecto al entorno laboral y social. Esta información será utilizada para mejorar la calidad del programa y seguir brindando una formación de excelencia. En el marco de este proyecto, se realizó una revisión de los seguimientos de egresados realizados anteriormente, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. Esta revisión brindó herramientas de análisis de datos, instrumentos de recolección de datos y otras orientaciones, todo bajo la normativa del Observatorio Laboral para la Educación (OLE). Para llevar a cabo el seguimiento de egresados, se utilizó la metodología KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Databases). Permitiendo obtener el perfilamiento de los egresados del programa, analizando los datos con análisis descriptivo, la técnica de componentes principales, análisis de texto, clúster, y análisis de sentimientos. Además, se desarrolló un análisis de la información encontrada en el perfil de los egresados de la red social LinkedIn con respecto a los cargos, Aptitudes, Empresas, entre otros y se creó un framework que representa un paso a paso para facilitar el proceso de seguimiento de egresados a futuros estudios del programa.
dc.description.abstractenglishThe Instituto de Proyección Regional y Educación a Distancia (IPRED) seeks to renew the qualified registration of the pharmacy registry technology program. To this end, it will conduct a follow-up of graduates that will allow it to obtain information on the quality and relevance of the academic training with respect to the labor and social environment. This information will be used to improve the quality of the program and continue providing excellent training. Within the framework of this project, a review was carried out of previous graduate follow-ups, both nationally and internationally. This review provided data analysis tools, data collection instruments and other guidelines, all under the standards of the Labor Observatory for Education (OLE). The KDD (Knowledge Discovery in Databases) methodology was used to carry out the follow-up of graduates. This methodology made it possible to obtain the profile of the graduates of the academic program, analyzing the data with descriptive analysis, the principal components technique, text analysis, cluster, and sentiment analysis. In addition, an analysis of the information found in the profile of the graduates of the social network LinkedIn was developed with respect to positions, skills, companies, among others, and a framework was created that represents a step-by-step process to facilitate the follow-up process of graduates to future studies of the program.
