dc.description.abstractEn el presente proyecto de práctica social se realizó un acompañamiento a los docentes de los grados tercero y quinto de primaria de la Institución Educativa Técnico Dámaso Zapata, Sede A, con el propósito de orientar la resignificación del Plan de Área de Lengua Castellana. Este proyecto se justifica a partir del análisis de los resultados de las pruebas Saber en lenguaje, el Plan de Área de Lengua Castellana y el Plan de Mejoramiento de la institución, en los cuales se encontraron diferentes deficiencias. A partir de los resultados se desarrolló un proceso de capacitación docente mediado por la Formación Situada y orientado a la resignificación de la práctica curricular. Para ello, se implementaron talleres de Interpretación y Análisis Crítico de los documentos de la política educativa del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, pruebas Saber y pruebas internacionales (TERCE y PIRLS), con los cuales se construyó unas matrices de Saberes Esenciales para los grados de primaria, que especifican lo que los estudiantes deben hacer y saber hacer en sus respectivos grados académicos. Además, se logró orientar la comprensión sobre la enseñanza y se analizó y evaluó el Plan de Área de lengua castellana para que los maestros de la Institución tomen decisiones informadas sobre la actualización y resignificación curricular. ________________________
dc.description.abstractenglishIn the present project of social practice, an accompaniment was made to the teachers of the third and fifth grades of the Damaso Zapata Technical Educational Institution, Headquarters A, with the purpose of guiding the resignification of the Plan of the Spanish Language Area. This project is justified from on the analysis of the results of the Saber language tests, the Spanish Language Area Plan and the Improvement Plan of the institution, in which there are different deficiencies. From on the results, it was developed a process of teacher training mediated by the Situated Training and oriented to the resignification of the curricular practice. For this, they were implemented workshops on interpretation and analysis of the educational policy documents of the Ministry of National Education, Knowledge tests and international tests (TERCE and PIRLS), with which it was built knowledge matrices essential for the elementary grades, which specify what students should do and know how to do in their respective academic degrees. Besides, it was possible to guide the comprehension about the teaching, it was analyzed and was evaluated the area plan of the Castilian language so that the teachers of the institution make informed decisions about the updating and curricular resignification. ______________________
