| dc.description.abstractenglish | In the world environment has come himself developing a political, economic,and social process of change called globalization that, strongly influenced bythe technological advances, demand of the extensive companies productivityin the area of the generation of knowledge and its application and diffusion, ofsuch form that the society should be a society that teaches and that generatein its members the permanent learning. For it the Universidad Industrial de Santander in associate with InterconexionEléctrica S.A. E.S.P. seeks the certificati on of the personal technician, based on the labor system of competences,specifically the formation. Under the labor focus of competences the NCL constitute the referring basefor the design of the formation. Besides are fundamental in the elaboration ofthe curricula. In general, all the elements of the norm (NormativeComponents) contribute information for the organization of the curricula but isnecessary to build a systematic process for the orientation pedagogical.
