dc.description.abstract	La centralización y gestión de la información son fundamentales en las empresas de diferentes sectores y en sus respectivas áreas, mediante la recopilación, organización, y distribución de la información de manera eficiente y oportuna, permite mejorar en el proceso de toma de decisiones, haciendo que este sea más ágil, seguro, fácil y permita incluso reducción de costos. En la actualidad La Electrificara de Santander se encuentra en el proceso de materializar uno de sus objetivos fundamentales como lo es la digitalización de la información a fin de mejorar la calidad del servicio prestado a la población. Este proyecto de grado pretende implementar una metodología mediante un panel de control el cual permita la centralización y organización de la información de mayor relevancia, usada en el área operativa de la empresa, conectando así de manera más oportuna la información necesaria para la toma de decisiones de los diferentes equipos del área, al momento de operar por parte del equipo de Operación Integrada y a su vez el Centro de Control. Según lo mencionado anteriormente, en primer lugar, se realiza la revisión de los procesos que se llevan a cabo en el equipo y la información que estos requieren para dar solución a los requerimientos, en segundo lugar, se diseña el plan de mejoramiento más adecuado o que mejor se adapte al área en gestión de la información, posteriormente se realiza la implementación inicial de las mejoras, junto con el modelo previamente diseñado. Finalmente se agrega la documentación con el respectivo instructivo que indica la manera a operar de la mejora diseñada e implementada, dando a conocer el proceso para su adecuado uso y el contexto de la iniciativa dada.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The centralization and management of information are essential in companies of different sectors and in their respective areas, through the collection, organization, and distribution of information in an efficient and timely manner, allows improving the decision-making process, making it more agile, safe, easy and even allowing cost reduction. Currently, La Electrificara de Santander is in the process of materializing one of its fundamental objectives, which is the digitalization of information in order to improve the quality of the service provided to the population. This degree project aims to implement a methodology through a control panel which allows the centralization and organization of the most relevant information used in the operational area of the company, thus connecting in a timelier manner the necessary information for decision making of the different teams in the area, at the time of operating by the Integrated Operation team and in turn the Control Center. As mentioned above, firstly, a review of the processes carried out in the team and the information they require to solve the requirements is carried out, secondly, the most appropriate improvement plan is designed or that best suits the area in information management, then the initial implementation of the improvements is carried out, along with the previously designed model. Finally, the documentation is added with the respective instructions that indicate how to operate the improvement designed and implemented, providing information on the process for its proper use and the context of the given initiative.
