dc.description.abstract	El presente trabajo de grado tiene como objetivo exponer un plan de negocio para la creación de una planta embotelladora de agua alcalina en el municipio de Málaga, Santander, en respuesta a la creciente demanda de productos de agua embotellada con propiedades saludables y la falta de acceso a agua de calidad en el municipio. Se identifico las variables clave que influyen en el comportamiento del sector de aguas embotelladas a nivel nacional, regional y municipal, a través de un análisis exhaustivo del entorno y el mercado. Además, se llevó a cabo un estudio de mercados que permitió determinar los factores más valorados por los consumidores, estimar la demanda potencial y realizar un testeo comercial del producto. El plan de mercado propuesto contempla estrategias efectivas para la puesta en marcha y el posicionamiento de la planta embotelladora en el mercado principalmente del municipio y a lo largo de los años en la región y el país, se tiene presente los distintos tipos de marketing para un mejor análisis del mercado. Además, se desarrolló el estudio técnico para determinar factores productivos. Se analizó el impacto social y ambiental del proyecto, así como los requerimientos organizacionales y legales para la constitución de la empresa. Finalmente, se realizó un exhaustivo estudio de viabilidad financiera que demuestra la rentabilidad y sostenibilidad del negocio.
dc.description.abstractenglish	The purpose of this thesis is to present a business plan for the creation of an alkaline water bottling plant in the municipality of Málaga, Santander, in response to the growing demand for bottled water products with healthy properties and the lack of access to quality water in the municipality. Key variables influencing the behavior of the bottled water sector at the national, regional, and municipal levels were identified through a comprehensive analysis of the environment and market. Additionally, a market study was conducted to determine the most valued factors by consumers, estimate potential demand, and conduct a commercial test of the product. The proposed market plan includes effective strategies for the launch and positioning of the bottling plant in the municipality's market, with a long-term goal of expanding to the region and the country. Different types of marketing were considered for better market analysis. Furthermore, a technical study was developed to determine productive factors. The social and environmental impact of the project was analyzed, as well as the organizational and legal requirements for establishing the company. Finally, an exhaustive financial feasibility study was conducted, demonstrating the profitability and sustainability of the business.
